Our Midwifery program is coming fall of 2023!
Midwives are an integral part of healthcare, providing expertise and support throughout the entire process of pregnancy and postpartum care. In this program, you will learn vital skills to shine the love of Jesus through women’s health. Like all of BGU’s BA degrees, you will double-major in Bible/Theology and experience our overseas Global Internship.

Why Should I Study Midwifery?
There is a unique beauty a Christian midwife holds within the context of cross-cultural missions. There are no cultural, religious, or political barriers to expressing the compassion and mercy demonstrated through this relational role.
Completing this degree program will prepare you to take the North American Registry of Midwives (NARM) board exam and earn a US Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) certificate. The CPM is currently recognized in most U.S. states and opens doors to obtain state licenses and privileges to practice in many countries around the world.
